Your order will enter our processing queue only after your payment has been fully authorized and cleared. In the uncommon event of a payment authorization failure, we retain the right to cancel the corresponding order. Please be aware that for international customers, your financial institution may apply additional currency conversion fees, which are beyond our control. All prices listed on our site are in US Dollars (USD) and represent the total item cost. We periodically review and update our pricing to reflect material costs, logistical expenses, and market conditions; such changes may occur without prior notice but will not affect orders already confirmed and paid.

Order Confirmation & Verification

Following a successful purchase, an automated order confirmation will be sent to the email address you provided. This confirmation is your official receipt and a binding summary of your agreement with Gloria Goods. It contains vital details: the specific furniture items ordered (e.g., lounge chair, swivel chair, high cabinet), their quantities, the total price paid, and the shipping address on file. We urge you to review this email meticulously immediately upon receipt. Should you identify any inaccuracies—such as an incorrect item, size, or shipping destination—you must notify our customer service team at  merlionx26@outlook.com within 24 hours of placing the order. Timely communication is crucial for us to correct any potential issues before your order enters the fulfillment stage.

Inventory & Order Fulfillment

At Gloria Goods, we specialize in modern, practical furniture for your living room, bedroom, and entryway. Our website strives to reflect accurate, real-time stock levels for all our products, from decorative chairs to console tables and entryway cabinets. However, due to the high demand for our curated collection, items can occasionally sell out simultaneously online and in our warehouse. If an item you ordered becomes unavailable after your purchase, we will proactively email you within 48 hours. You will then have the option to wait for the next restock cycle or receive a prompt full refund to your original payment method. We cannot hold or guarantee the availability of any specific finish or configuration until your order is physically packed and handed to the shipping carrier.

Shipping & Delivery Policy

To ensure your furniture arrives in perfect condition, each piece is carefully inspected and packaged. This process typically takes 1-2 business days from the date of your order. During peak shopping seasons, holidays, or major sales events, order processing may extend to 3-5 business days. Once your order leaves our facility, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details. For domestic shipments, please allow 3-10 business days for delivery.. These timeframes are estimates; delays can occur due to carrier logistics, weather events, or customs inspections, for which Gloria Goods cannot be held liable. Please ensure your shipping address is accurate and complete, as address correction fees or rerouting delays will be the customer's responsibility.

Returns, Exchanges, & Refunds

We stand behind the quality of our modern home furnishings. If you are not fully satisfied, you may initiate a return within 30 days of the delivery date for an exchange or store credit. To qualify, the item must be in its original, saleable condition: unused, unassembled, and in the original packaging with all protective materials and hardware included. Due to the nature of furniture, we cannot accept returns for items that have been assembled, used, or damaged after delivery. To start a return, please email merlionx26@outlook.com with your order number and reason for return. Our team will review your request and, if approved, provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and instructions. Please note: customers are responsible for all return shipping costs and must ensure the item is packaged securely to prevent damage in transit. Upon receipt and inspection of the returned item at our warehouse, your store credit or exchange will be processed within 1-2 business days. Refunds to the original payment method are only issued for orders canceled before shipment or in cases of our error.

However, please note that slight variations in wood grain, fabric texture, or color may occur between batches, which is characteristic of quality natural materials and craftsmanship. These variations are not considered defects. All prices are listed in US Dollars (USD) and are inclusive of any applicable sales tax where we are required to collect it. We reserve the right to correct any pricing errors that may appear on the site, even after an order is placed. Promotional offers and discount codes cannot be applied retroactively to previous purchases and may not be combined unless explicitly stated.
