If your order is canceled, you will be notified and any charged amounts will be refunded to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.


Orders

Shipping Policy

All furniture orders undergo a careful pre-shipment inspection to ensure quality and that all components are present. Order processing typically requires 3-5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) before an item is handed to the shipping carrier. During peak seasons, promotional events, or new collection launches, processing may extend to 1-2 business days. Delivery times vary significantly based on your location, the size of the item, and carrier schedules. Large furniture items may require scheduled delivery. You will receive a shipment confirmation email with tracking information once your order leaves our fulfillment center. We are not liable for delays caused by carriers, weather, customs, or other events beyond our reasonable control.


Returns & Exchanges

We want you to be completely satisfied with your Gloria Goods purchase. You may return most items in new, unused, and unassembled condition, in their original packaging with all parts and manuals, within 30 days of the delivery date. Due to the size and nature of furniture, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, and a restocking fee may apply. Please contact our service team at merlionx26@outlook.com to initiate a return and receive instructions. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 2-3 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item at our warehouse. Clearance, final sale, or custom-order items are not eligible for return or exchange. For the safety and hygiene of all customers, assembled furniture, used items, or items with damaged or missing packaging cannot be accepted for return.
